Digital Account Manager

YOMA are currently recruiting for the position of Digital Account Manager to support a growing Client Services Team. The ideal candidate for this role will not only possess a thorough awareness of digital marketing, but will be a quick learner, able to think outside the box and make a real impact upon joining us.

The role:
As a Digital Account Manager, you will act as the first port of call for a pool of designated SEO and PPC clients. You will be expected to provide strategic and creative campaign planning, undertake regular metric analysis and reporting, and to proactively work alongside clients in bringing their digital strategies to life.
This role requires a high level of digital knowledge and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will need to stay up to date on current trends within digital marketing and be willing to expand their knowledge into a variety of different areas.

Essential requirements:
• Educated to degree level (any subject area)
• Personable and outgoing
• A team player
• A quick learner
• Able to manage a number of projects simultaneously
• Able to balance creative thinking with structured analysis

Desirable, but not essential:
• Prior experience in a client facing/account management role
• Prior knowledge of Digital/SEO/PPC

Online Campaign Manager (PPC)

As a Pay Per Click Campaign Manager you will be responsible for looking after online marketing campaigns across a number of platforms including Google, Bing and Facebook, as well as analysing data using Analytics tools and Microsoft Excel.

The ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level, preferably Maths or Marketing, with a strong knowledge of excel and high level of analytical experience. You must be motivated to hit and exceed any targets given by clients and work towards improving results. You will also be responsible for feeding back these results to the Account Managers and Clients.

As an Ecommerce Account Manager you will work closely with the Creative Director and Project Manager, you will be the first port of call for high level clients and be responsible for overseeing their entire digital strategy, offering Ecommerce advice and consultancy. You will be responsible for ensuring all clients receive a superior level of customer service. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to add value to client relationships through your understanding of digital marketing activities & experience.


Front End Developer

Due to growth a position has become available in our design and development team. For this role you must have over 2 years agency experience and have worked on a number of ecommerce projects, be advanced in XHTML, CSS. have a good understanding of JQuery, AJAX. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem solving, working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Having experience in Magento / Joomla / WordPress is an advantage.
