Telesales Executive

YOMA are currently recruiting for the position of Business Development Executive to support our growing New Business Team. The ideal candidate for this role will not only possess a good understanding of the website development and digital marketing landscape, but will be a quick learner, able to think outside the box and make a real impact upon joining us.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for contacting businesses who do not currently have a relationship with Yoma, to introduce our Website Development and Digital Marketing Services. Making full use of our database of contacts and by searching for prospective clients online you’d be expected to use a consultative sales approach to generate leads for the wider business and close personal sales. This role requires a high level of digital knowledge and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will need to stay up to date on current trends within digital marketing and be willing to expand their knowledge into a variety of different areas.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 2 year’s sales experience in a B2B role
  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Personable and Outgoing
  • A team player
  • A quick learner
  • Able to manage their own pipeline business

Desirable, but not essential

  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing and/or Website sales
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing such as SEO/PPC/Social media/Email
