Carpet & Flooring is one of the largest specialist distributors of floor covering products in the UK. Providing products for domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors for both contractors and retailers.
Yoma was tasked to look at the distribution side of Carpet & Flooring’s B2C business and to enhance the customer’s journey as well as driving conversions and increase loyalty.
Yoma went through in-depth UX discovery workshops to uncover Carpet & Flooring’s core customer personas and create user experience maps, before working on the final design.
